Epic Mendoza - Tunuyán

We had dinner in epic, is on Auberge Du Vin Hotel, is a small place, but everything is beautiful. The chef cooks before you, without noise, speed full and with class. I had a salmon with Risotto (the best of the best) and my husband has a steak (well also). My only proposal is the list of wines. Maybe they have to add more brands.

Diner at the tasting table to see our meal was a pleasure. The boss and sous boss worked with care and precision. The food was excellent. Beef, onion soup and salmon perfect. The chocolate desert should die. They're doing this in the kitchen. I think they wanted to keep it secret. It is kept warm without equality.

Epic is a rustic restaurant in the boutique hotel Auberge Du Vin, nestled in the Tupungato Winelands. A special feature I loved about this restaurant was the open kitchen and able to observe the cooks preparation of every meal. From preparation to presentation everything was spectacular! True artists!! With the local flavors and the use of fresh ingredients every meal was an experience to remember!! They had an extensive selection of wines, the staff was very attentive and the service was excellent!! Oh... and I can't forget all freshly baked pastries and breads. They were fabulous!!

In a beautiful boutique hotel the best discovery, a cozy restaurant with great food, intelligent local flavors and attentive service at the right price. Will definitely go back.
