The booking was a nightmare. When I first tried, I got an email that I would say I would send them a wire transfer as a deposit to secure my room. I sent them by email, but no answer. I thought that was weird, but I had to and went to my bank. The bank told me they needed a code the hotel didn't give me. I sent the hotel again by email. No answer again. Your website delivered two separate phone numbers that I called together 20 times about my booking problem at various times of day over the following week and nobody answered the phone once! Luckily one of my friends had to cancel and I took his bed. Once we got into the room, the carpet was dirty long hair strands and dirt pieces everywhere. The ceiling ventilation was baked with dust. The shower head was old and rustic. The water pressure in the shower was crazy high and there was only a small parter “separate” the shower from the rest of the bathroom, so literally it was the whole room every time we used it. The electric current they use is much higher than in the states, so we broke some electronics. Also they had used the whole hotel THE THINNEST toilet paper. On the beds there were no built-in beds, only a regular cover sheet that separated us from the dirty hotel mattresses, and of course they stayed from here. And finally and absurdly, my room key only worked for an entry when I used it and then was demagnetized. So I had to take it to the reception every time I needed to be literally replaced. But at one point we were on our beds and our neighbor next door a stranger successfully used HER separate room keys and randomly went directly into our room! (So another guest could go to our room at every point and I couldn't even do that!? This brought us into a constant state of panic that we could be robbed if we both left the rest of the trip. Very disappointing stay in total!
Very beautiful and modern Cabaña with magnificent views of the vineyards, you can make your own barbecue or have your dinner at the hotel restaurant where they serve beautiful dishes. Excellent attention from the receptionist, the lady who showed us the Cabaña, and the waiters....We could not use the pool area as it was crowded with children and families, so it is a good option for couples with children. But you can relax in your own Cabaña backyard, which is also pleasant.
This was the only place to eat at a Wednesday night, so we took our seats and ordered them. I had the mushroom omelette huge and fill while my wife had the pear and bleu cheese salad, also very good. I bought a bottle of Malbec from the bar and the food was complete. For about $23 it was a good value and very good. The staff was friendly, the dining area, clean and attractive. If you stay at the hotel, this is a very good option.
Top view and close to the largest wineries, relaxing and very cool pool to hang with wine! The rooms are beautiful, but could be an excellent one if it was for some smaller details like smaller surfaces. its new hotels with a very... very affordable price!
Amazing views, nice large rooms, nice pool area. Good place to relax. Food is average at most and the spa is substandard.
