Horrible service , chicken wasn’t fresh , and tea was disgusting!

We frequent this place quite often and usually the good is great, but the last two times we have gotten take-out the chicken tenders have been totally different. The crust was so hard you could could barely bite into it and when you did the chicken was so tough and stringy you couldn't eat it. The first time it happened, thought it might just be a fluke, but the next time we got them it was the same. What have you done?

I don’t know. I swear this place was great growing up, but now the chicken has absolutely NO seasoning. Like zero. Quite possibly the blandest chicken I’ve ever had. It was fresh and hot. Just no salt or anything else. Same with West Point location.
