Fuji Sushi - Turlock

Food was not good or bad. The spicy edamame beans were over cooked. My udon was OK. The chicken had no flavor.

Absolutely one of the best hidden gem Sushi restaurants in Turlock. They have slightly different combinations for their sushi rolls than are traditionally found, but they were delicious. Will definitely be back.

Delicious sushi. Rolls are made perfectly. The other food there is delicious as well. Though, when we go, we are mainly there to have sushi.

My favorite sushi place with spicy mussels! They are a low key, average prices sushi place. Not super fancy, but the raw sushi quality is better than what I?ve had on the east coast. The nigiri sushi to rice ratio is always a little too much and is a lot for one bite of fish, but still decent.

Definitely not 4.5 stars. Eat long sushi. There were too many sushi sites throughout California and a few in other states that top this place. All sauces on the reels were quite similar. Too sweet. Had a lot of sushi. Must be ok, but it was definitely okay. Not bad. Not good. Waste of $60. It won't go back. Too many sushi options to go back.
