All food seemed fresh. Loved my side salad that came with the sandwich. I asked if they can do lettuce wrap, they said yes. But when my order arrived 15 min later, it came as a wrap, not lettuce wrap. Staff that helped us seem friendly. While waiting, seems a little disorganized. And some staff was talking to other customers a little rude. Our food was ready for a while and other customers kept being helped before us. People who even offered after us was getting their food even though ours was out on the counter first. During these covid times, I've very picky on whom I'm going to dine pick up food from. I was really disappointed that NO STAFF IS WEARING FACE MASKS and there was no sign it was required to enter, therefore customers also were not wearing masks. And ppl were dining inside. Food was good, but for that reason I'm going to hold off on coming back.
My first experience was fantastic! It seems there are two distinct areas: one for shakes and the other for food. When I visited for lunch, I was impressed that my meal arrived in less than 15 minutes!
The package and smoothie I ordered were absolutely delicious! I enjoyed a green drink and detox water, and let me tell you, it really helped me feel cleansed! I will definitely be returning. I opted for delivery, so I can't comment on the in-person customer service, but the ingredients were very fresh and abundant in vegetables!
My first experience at the restaurant was a bit disappointing. The black bean burger was served on sliced white bread and was quite small for the price; the burger patty was very petite. However, it was flavorful, and the chipotle aioli was excellent. The Caesar salad was good, but it was completely overloaded with croutons. I can understand if some diners might not want their salad filled to the brim with croutons.
