In-n-out Burger - Turlock

I've heard it's quite good. I'm not in the mood to go into detail about how great it is, so just go and give it a try!

This was the worst experience I've ever had at In-N-Out. I ordered a Double-Double combo with no secret sauce, no ketchup, no tomatoes, extra mayo, fresh unsalted fries, and a strawberry shake. Instead, my burger came with no mayo and was covered in ketchup. The fries were soggy, although at least they were unsalted. The strawberry shake was the only thing that was perfect. On top of that, I asked for two straws because I also had a soda, but they only gave me one.

We usually look forward to coming here,my grandson has severe allergies to egg,dairy and peanut and they are usually careful and cater to specific allergies. Tonight however there was cheese on the hamburger patty. When notified of the severity of the mistake we were met with an attitude like what is the big deal? The big deal is life and death. New food was made and a refund was given but the manager still had the nerve to just comment are you happy now? No actually im not happy. If you offer allergy safe orders be a little more understanding when a potential life or death mistake is made.

I absolutely love In-N-Out! My go-to order is a 3x3 with animal style fries. In the Valley, it’s definitely one of my top three favorite burger places. I appreciate how simple the menu is and how friendly and efficient the staff are. Even when it's really busy, my food always comes out quickly.
