Little Caesars Pizza - Turlock

I was not satisfied! You can't place an order at the drive-thru window unless your food is already in the warmer. I tried ordering online, but then had to go around again because it took longer than expected.

The food was disgusting. There were more hairs in my dish than on the floor of a barber shop. The dough was almost like raw chicken and seemed undercooked. I definitely won't be returning. This experience has ruined my appetite for pizza.

If I could give them zero stars, I definitely would! When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told there wasn't one available, nor was there an owner present. There was a woman named Melonie, who claimed to be the only person in charge, and she was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Our experience with customer service was shocking! Our order was incorrect, and when we tried to clarify it, she called us liars. When we requested to speak to a manager again, she insisted that there was no one to talk to. This will be our last time ordering from them, and we will make sure to share our experience with others.

Have a pizza from the ride at 11:45, very shortly after the opening and it looks like a left pizza from the day ahead! Disgusting.

This location is ran by adolescent kids who don't even know their store number. I watched them playing around and on cell phones and informed the young guy who came to the window that he had a line of cars waiting while they were playing around. He responded to me that he had better things to do an ran away as I snapped his picture for this add. I think this restaurant needs a more professional atmosphere and employee accountability, till then stay clear from this location. None of the employees seemed to care about the customer experience and that tells me this has been going on awhile at this location. The picture is of the employee turning his head after he stated he didn't care about being at the window.
