Country Store Diner - Turner Valley

We stopped by on our way to Banff and were not disappointed.

Great homemade food at great prices with friendly staff - can't go wrong with this place, looking forward to going back!

We stopped in here while on a road trip from Saskatchewan. Excellent service, the food and ice cream was DELICIOUS, and it was one of the least expensive meal we had on our entire trip. The patio even welcomes you 4 legged family members so they dont have to wait in the car

I was so excited to try this place as I've heard nothing but good! I love fried chicken and so I ordered the 3 peice dinner, my husband and son ordered the pizza burger and my dad ordered a chicken burger. Unfortunately I was pretty disappointed. the chicken was burnt and very dry, although the fries were really good. The pizza burgers were bland and very....wet. the chicken burger was so sloppy and slippery that my dad had to eat it with utensils. The burgers don't come with fries. The positives: my coleslaw and fries were great, the website is handy and convenient, they deliver. UPDATE: FEBRUARY 25th 2017 I really do love fried chicken and the place I had been getting my chicken fix isn't offering it anymore..so lots of people recommended CSD. I'm all for second chances so we ordered the 10 peice meal. It was great! The fries and gravy were again fantastic and thus time the chicken was also really good! So glad I gave CSD another chance!
