Contribuisci feedbackWe had take away tonight from here. Sweet and sour pork, honey chicken, Mongolian lamb, special fried rice, prawn toast and spring rolls. All were fabulous. Top quality. All the flavours you'd expect. Good portion size. VERY good pricing compared to what we pay in QLD. Thanks. We will be back again when ever we are on holiday in tuross. Service: Take out
We ordered takeaway here on a Wednesday night. We rang at 5:35pm to place an order and was told 20-25 minutes. It ended up being 6:42pm when it was ready (1hr 7 mins). They did have a system where they called when ready which was good, but I rang after 35 minutes and had no answer so went down and it wasn't ready. Food was good when we got it back to our place a minute or two away, but it wasn't super hot, despite being a few minutes between our phone call and getting it home and opening it up. The flavour was good except the oyster beef smelled and tasted weird. We all enjoyed the satay, combination seafood, sweet and sour pork and the chow mein particularly. The spring rolls and sauce were nice. They threw in a packet of prawn chips. I recommend ordering as soon as they open to possibly get fed sooner and steer clear of the oyster beef. $112 for pack two (spring rolls, satay chicken, sweet and sour pork, beef with oyster sauce and special fried rice) and two extra dishes (prawn chow mein and combination seafood with garlic sauce) which fed 7 people with leftovers.
Very lovely food and very lovely people!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Good service, but terrible inauthentic food. Service: Take out
Tuross Chinese Vietnamese Restaurant is how I remember Chinese food tasting in the late 90s and 00s. Very generous portions with heaps of flavour at an affordable price. The sweet and sour pork (item #80) was the best I’ve had in years. A hidden gem in Tuross will definitely be back! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40
