Chicken basket was good ice cream but the cheeseburger didnt taste fresh bun was hard on the bottom. Still ate it but wasnt that amazing better luck next time

I have never received such poor service from a drive through in my life, than I did from this one!! My son and I went to the DQ drive through, we were the only ones in the line. We ordered 3 medium blizzards, we were told to pull up to the 2nd window topay so we pulled up and there we sat. No one was there at the window, so we backed up to the first window and sat there, noone was coming, then I saw someone at the 2nd window wave us back up to the 2nd window. We paid and moved up to the next window.There were 4 or 5 employees standing around just talking, we sat there waiting for our order. We were given 1 blizzard and wesat waiting for the others... while everyone still stood there talking. When the 2nd blizzard was brought to the window, weasked the worker if we could get some lids, she turned, grabbed 3 clear plastic sundae cups, handed them to my son, quicklyclosed the windows and walked away. Again, there we sat waiting for the last blizzard, while they stood around talking. Whenshe came to the window with the last blizzard, I let her know she gave us cups, not lids, I asked her again for the lids, sheacted like she didn't understand or know what I was talking about. I had to explicitly describe the type of lid I was referringtoo, then she turned around and grabbed 3 dome lids, she handed them to my son quickly, shut the windows and walked away to jointhe other employees standing around talking.... we were given 3 large lids.... for our 3 medium blizzards. We finally gave upand left. We won't be back

Poor sized chicken strip basket. 3 bite-sized pieces of chicken and about 15 French fries. I thought they were joking. Luckily the blizzard as usual was awesome

Absolutely horrible. We waited for our food for 40 minutes just for our food to be over cooked, and our gravy was very liquidity, thin, and tasted like milk water. The girl taking our order didn?t even talk to us, she didn?t say hi, read back ourorder or have a single ounce of customer service skills along with her other co workers. We could hear swearing in the backround that was very loud and the lobby was full of kids. Very unfortunate for such a high trafficked area.

Went thru drive thru on Sun June 26 2022 Ordered just a banana split. One person ahead of me. He ordered food. Sat in line waiting for 17 min!! Banana split was not melted but it was malty!! Never again!!!!
