Subway - Turtle Lake

When we arrived at the restaurant, two employees came out from the back chatting and didn’t acknowledge us at all. Shortly after, another staff member came to make our sandwiches and simply asked what we wanted, without any greeting or even making eye contact. Additionally, our toasted flatbread egg sandwich was served cold. The staff really need to improve their customer service skills, as the experience is just as important as the meal itself. This place moved just near the Dairy Queen and for good reason, the new location is nice and clean. Employees mostly friendly and the bread/veggies were fresh which is quite a surprise since my visits to Subway elsewhere aren’t always this way. This place is average. There are some attitudes that could use some adjustment. I remember one time when I came in for breakfast, and two waitresses were chatting loudly, which delayed our order significantly. However, my other visits were decent. Casey and Carrie create a warm atmosphere, making it feel like you're cooking in your own kitchen, and they have great conversations. I highly recommend visiting on a good day! Expect to spend around $20–30 per person.

I ordered subs for my family on the way home, and since I live 20 miles away, I was disappointed to find that every single sandwich was missing meats and other ingredients when we got home. I called the restaurant to explain the situation, but they insisted that I needed to bring the subs back to prove the mistake, showing no concern for the fact that it would require a 40-mile round trip. So, we had to eat what we had. I reached out to corporate and received an email from the owner, who promised to send me coupons for free subs, but he never followed through and didn’t respond again. I’ve been telling everyone I can to avoid this place, and my family has decided we will never spend our money there again if they don’t value our business.
