Enjoyable experience with friendly service. The breakfast sandwiches made with pretzel bread are absolutely delicious. For my meal, I dined in, and I would rate the food a solid 5, the service a perfect 5, and the atmosphere also a 5. I highly recommend trying the egg sandwich!

He returned the sandwich to the counter, explaining his allergy, but the staff member argued with him, insisting that he never requested no mayo. Understandably frustrated, he explained he didn’t have time to wait for another sandwich and asked for a refund. After more arguing, the woman who claimed to be the owner shoved the money back at him. He then returned to our table to check on his six-year-old son, who was finishing his cookie. He sat down briefly when suddenly, the owner stormed out of the kitchen yelling, “I thought you were in a hurry! You just wanted your money back.” I responded, “Do you really think he drove three hours just to order a sandwich and then not take a bite?” She continued to shout that he hadn’t specified no mayonnaise, refusing to back down. At this point, I asked her to please leave our table so we could finish our meal, as our grandson was visibly upset. But she grew even louder, proclaiming, “I own this place! You need to get out!” At that moment, we decided to leave. All this commotion over a simple deli sandwich was shocking, and we were all taken aback by her outrageous behavior. If you choose to dine there, be prepared to either accept whatever is served or face the wrath of the owner.
