Ice cream really good. Wait and price not so much. 20 minutes and $21 for two ice creams. It's soooooo unbelievably loud in there with the mixers going that the wait is probably particularly hard to deal with. If I go back I will order pick up.

The ice cream was Very delicious,adan is a very good worker he’s very fast paste with the ice cream making , he is also very handsome.

I looooove this place. It tastes amazing and the service is fantastic. The environment is super clean and aesthetically pleasing. Definitely recommend coming here!!

My boyfriend and I shared an Elemint Nitroshake.Unfortunately we did not like it at all. The flavor was okay and creamy but the milkshake was lukewarm and had a very small amount of toppings on top, not even mixed in(chocolate chips, Oreo whipped cream). Not only was it $17.45 (that's with a 50¢ tip) but it was in a super tiny cup (10oz).Maybe we got the wrong thing? Milkshake not the way to go? I don't think we'll be coming here again.

My family wanted to try it due to a dairy allergy and there being other options for the base. We placed the order online on our way to the location. We were about 10 minutes off. Ordered 4 items. Got there and there was a family of 8 waiting on their items. But more people kept coming in and it had been about 20 minutes and still nothing. We went up to one of the workers to ask about our pick up order. They had not even checked the online orders so barely printed it out right then. No apologies no regard for the fact we had been waiting for a while. Another 25 minutes later we finally got our order. So it took 55 minutes from the time we placed the order to when we got the order and the employees did not care or have any customer service in general. The items are pretty pricey for them to have no regard or common courtesy for customers.
