Fresca's Mexican Grill (tustin)

I stopped by here for lunch yesterday and I got to say the tacos were bomb! I had two shredded beef tacos and one chicken taco, the tacos were a lot bigger than I expected and really tasty. Polo was super nice and very helpful, he totally hooked it up and let me know about their specials. Every day of the week they have a certain special for the day and it's the best deal for such good food. Thursday the shredded beef tacos were like $1.50! Just awesome! Now I get to the salsas, they are perfect! They have a great variety of salsas to choose from. The green and red chunky one were delicious with the tacos. Overall Frescas is very good Mexican food it's light and not greasy at all. They got bomb chicken, my favorite! I'm definitely going to be coming here often. Don't sleep on Frescas, definitely try it out!

The food here is just like any other fast food Mexican, very generic and overpriced for what you get. Service was fine, place clean and they do have a good salsa bar. Not a fan of the chicken or steak, rice and beans had no flavor, not worth returning.

First time there, super friendly staff. Cashier welcomed us as first timers and explained the specials. Sun is $5 chimichungas, you choose any of the burritos and they fry it. Very good! Also came with a side salad. Will return

I had been here many years ago and remembered it being good so when I had a hankering for nachos, I dropped in. I was greeted with a smile and after placing the order was addressed by name. That's a nice touch. I ordered the carnitas nachos. I felt like it was taking a little long to make, especially as there were few customers. One of the staff came by and asked what I had ordered. Not too long after that, my order was brought to my table. It was the right size for the price. There were plenty of carnitas, which tasted good and were not dry. There wasn't much cheese on the nachos. That's an important ingredient in nachos. There were black beans, chopped tomatoes, sour creme and guacamole in addition to the carnitas and small amount of cheese. The guacamole was too salty. I am glad there was not a large amount of it. This was all right, but I have no desire to return.

Just yesterday I enjoyed a delicious combo. They were carnitas. it was around $8.00 with a drink that I could refill! it was absolutely delicious and filling. I love that they have a salsas Stand so I can pick all the different salsas from medium to hot. They serve beer too! Extra plus. The place was clean and friendly service! I'm excited to go back!
