Good drinks, hit or miss customer service. Ordered through their self order kiosk, while no one was in the shop. After about 7 minutes the worker came back and stood around on her phone. While 2 customers waited for their drinks. After about 15 minutes the worker finally looked at the orders and began to make the drinks.

Excellent service and so helpful. Looking through the menu confuses you b cause there are so many great options. We were greeted by a friendly staff member, sorry I didn't get your name, but she was so helpful in describing the different options. I finally came to my decision and went with a Vietnamese coffee. That drink was so strong, but it was delicious. I really liked your different cups. Something about them made my drinking experience better. Lol

Opted for the taro boba. was not good. it was something that i would not want to try again. with that said, i won't be back. on the plus side, the girl behind the counter was nice, attentive, and very informative.

A lovely boba shop in the union market, they have fun choices and friendly employees.

It's average. There are definitely better boba places in Irvine these days. The milk teas aren't great. If you decide to visit, I recommend trying a fruit tea instead.
