Contribuisci feedbackThis is a serious coffee place. Their macchiato is a traditional version one in a very small cup. I love their mocha. It's a perfect balance of the espresso content to chocolate. The vanilla latte is strong. Ambiance is like in a union square Checkout Insta:@mrakusuma for more recommended places to eat
This lavender latte was just what I needed this morning. So so good!
Worst coffee place. Came on three different occasions and ever time they said they are closing early. Their hours never match what is online. Waste of time to drive here and staff is not friendly at all.
I'm quite glad that this location is still in business. I have been coming since it has opened, but it has been nearly two years since I've been able to come by. Portola Coffee Roasters is located right at the Union Market entrance near the District street. An easily accessible place to get your coffee, given that you park right across the street on the Whole Foods side) I really enjoy the overall ambiance, despite being in a potentially heavy traffic walkway. Coming by today, I ordered the Kyoto Cold Brew $6) which was perfectly made and had a strong coffee flavor. Excellent. Hope to visit again soon!
As of my personal visit on Friday 6/17/2022, the Tustin location will be their last day of operations. I will miss this location and this staff, who have provided me, my husband, and our various coworkers coffee for the past 4+ years on our way to work. Always friendly, always prompt with my drink orders and have recommendations at the ready whenever I 'm in the mood for something different . The croissants they have from Mr. Holmes bakery before COVID were always my favorite. When businesses came back in 2021 and the croissants were missing, I know things will never be the same. They 're still up and running at their Long Beach and Costa Mesa locations, so don 't fret! It 's the opposite direction of my work, but maybe I 'll visit them on weekends. Thank you Portola @The District for the years of serving this community! You will be missed.
