Love this place. My fur babies love everything I bring home. They munch on the treats so fast.

I went to Woofpak to buy a cake and treats for my dogs first birthday. The birthday cake looked very cute, but it made my dog have diarrhea for two days and he threw up. The cake was stored in a freezer at the store and I don’t know how long it has been there. I had to get up three times in the middle of the night because my dog felt sick. I bought a bone for $18 and when I unwrapped it, it smelled rotten and my dog did not even eat it. The treats I bought for $12.50 were only $5.50 at other places. The pet food here was definitely not worth the price. It was awful because it made my dog sick on his birthday.

My first time buying a cake for my puppy that just turned 1! I decided on Woofpak due to the convenience of their online ordering system the distance from my home. Their cake was pretty cute too! A couple of cons for me was the price for the size of the cake, not accepting customizations and it came frozen. I'm not sure if it was suppose to be like this but the cake was very dry and crumbled very easily even after cutting it carefully. My puppy only enjoyed the frosting on the top and didn't really eat the cake part. Overall, the staff was very friendly but the product didn't meet my standards.

Nobody answered the phone and worked there.I went to the shop in open hours. Frustrating. Just wasted time.
