I heard that someone got bug in their foods. Person trying to contact the store. The manager was rude didn't help the situation. Would not try this place if the manager don't care about their customers.

The manager of this location deserves a lawsuit. All of his employees are overworked, they don’t get breaks or lunch after working 8+ hours. They stop getting paid after 11 pm but have to stay til 12 almost 1 am to clean the WHOLE PLACE and machines by themselves (it’s always just one employer doing all of this). Yogurt is good but the place needs a new manager. He is rude and yells at his employees in front of everyone. That’s why they all look tired.

Shitty service absolute **** employees. They do absolutely nothing and struggle to keep the place clean and the yogurts stocked more than 6 machines were empty so non of the flavors I wanted were available and the toppings full this place fucking sucks you'd be better off avoiding it

Cashier was not friendly. They didn't have the flavors that we wanted and they advertised it on the front of the building. And they were all out of water

They have refrigerated to -go containers of frozen yogurt available for purchase. The paper sign on the refrigerator says, Buy One Get One Free. We went to purchase two containers and the cashier charged us for both full price. I told her what the sign said and she said that is only if you purchase 5 of them. I told her the sign did not mention that. She agreed with me but said I would have to buy 5 to get one for free. False advertising!
