This restaurant provides an unforgettable dining experience with a lovely atmosphere and cozy feel. The focus on using sustainable and locally sourced ingredients is both inspiring and beautiful. It can be difficult to secure a table at Restaurant Length, but the wait is truly worth it (even if it takes months as in my case). This restaurant is definitely one of the best contenders. The service is impeccable and the dishes are all exceptional. Surprisingly, it is also relatively affordable considering the quality of the food. My personal favorite is the asparagus dish, followed by the fish in kimchi butter and ponzu sauce with grapes from the farm. The new, larger and more expensive restaurant that is set to open is likely to be worth the cost as well. Even the simplest flavors shine here. The only aspect I'm not particularly fond of is the interior design, but I can overlook that given the overall experience.
