Visualizza tutti i feedback.
This restaurant in the Tweed or Highway 7 area is excellent. The spacious patio remains cool even during the hot summer months.
Yesterday, we had a delicious lunch on the patio, despite the hot temperature. The patio was cool and breezy, making our dining experience enjoyable.
I strongly urge people not to support Kelly’s restaurant. The wait staff (or owners?) were extremely unprofessional, rude and unsympathetic. We ordered our food at approximately 1:00PM on a Friday afternoon, we received our food pretty close to 2:00PM. We had 2 adults over 70 and 3 children under 10 traveling with us. We were starving. I politely asked a few times during our hour long wait where our food was. I was rudely and dismissively told that there were people ahead of us. That was not true. My hungry family watched in desperation as tables seated after us ordered their food, received their food and then left! The food at Kelly’s was decent, but pricey. The homemade bread they used for buns was pretty good. But, the wait, the attitude and the overall experience was just terrible and I think that people should be aware of this before choosing to dine at Kelly’s
We decided to stop at this restaurant on our way back to Peterborough from Ottawa. It is officially located in Tweed, but is actually closer to Highway 7. The restaurant is situated in a beautiful spot and we enjoyed eating on their small outdoor patio. We ordered a couple of samosa appetizers, which were very good, but a bit pricey at $8 for two small vegetarian samosas. We also ordered their roast beef sandwich, but were disappointed with the doughy bread and dry, "old" tasting beef. The sandwich did have some tasty melted cheese on it, but for over $13 it did not come with any sides. The service was acceptable.

Se dovessi tornare in Canada tornerò sicuramente in questo luogo fermo nel tempo. Complimenti per tutto.
