The Rib Co - Twentynine Palms

The food was quite good. The ribs were an excellent choice, and I definitely plan to return to sample more dishes. The place has a charming small-town atmosphere.

But the true secret sauce at RibCo isn’t found in the BBQ sauce—it’s Dannae, the server who can charm the bark off a hickory log. She remembers your name and your order, and when she suggests trying something new, you can’t help but listen; her recommendations are legendary. If RibCo were a superhero team, Dannae would be the one saving the day with a wink and a plate of perfectly glazed ribs. So grab a bib and a sense of humor—RibCo is a place where the food is outstanding, and the laughter is entirely on the house.

Truly the best experience one could ask for. We got there just before 5 and was seated immediately! Glad we got there early because as soon as it was after five the place had a wait of 30 min. The service was amazing! The guy working on the BBQ greeted us before we even entered. He is super talented in his work. The waitress was straight forward and so so kind. I felt very comfortable the whole time. Never did I have to wave someone down, never did I feel forgotten. AND THE FOOD!!! Holy cow (literally) the steak was the best steak I had EVER eaten. I ate the whole thing. It was cooked PERFECTLY. I will forever rave about this place. Highlight of this trip so far.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Prime rib and Mac and cheese was good. Ribs were good. Tangy BBQ.

Everything was perfect! Food delicious and service impeccable. Ribs are to die for. Highly recommend!
