Chick-fil-a - Twin Falls

I'm one of these and you never have to wait at this place, and if you don't do it more than two minutes, they're very busy that even the ride thru, which is clear through the half of the parking lot, is very fast never more than 5-10 minutes. they are the deck of almost food.

Great eating excellent personal service! was very busy and the dinner was slightly delayed, so they offered me a card for a free sandwich at my next visit. they even gave me a big cup of water with extra ice on a hot day! her staff was very helpful and friendly!

The personal is super nice. richard served us today at 10:35 clock through the drive thru and was very charismatic. the other workers were nice too. my brother and I have a few kick-fil-A cookies and they were good. overall nice time, especially from the workers.

Went here at the beginning of june got home discovered they forgot to put both of the bowels of soup i ordered and both the sides of mac and cheesein the bag despite me even asking the lady when i was handed the bag that they were in there as the bag felt way to light called and after being on the phone for 20 minutes finally was told id get a refund for those items with in 7 days. still have not recieved the refund. decided to give them another chance today and was told they were not doing frosted lemonade as ice cream machine was down okay cool get to window see them currently making a frosted lemonade so i asked if i could pay for those and get those also i was told no the desserts were only for instore customers today.dumbest thing i have ever heard at a restaurant why can in store guests get them but not drive threw guests. get home and discoverd all of my food was cold . (7 minute drive home came straight home. safe to say i will no longer be going to Chick-fil-A in twin falls idaho.Please learn how to actually treat your customers and sever your menu to all guests not just the ones you choose.

Always my favorite quick lunch stop when I’m in Twin Falls. Curbside drive thru are both super efficient, given how busy they always are.I’ve never had an issue, either food or service. I wish all fast food places operated this way ?
