Koto Brewing Company - Twin Falls

Went for a birthday of a friend and the service was just plain awful. I try to give benefit of the doubt because I work in food service, but throughout the experience it became clear our server just did not care how she treated us. We start with our drink orders, and considering they’re a brewery we asked if they offer a birthday drink or anything else, she replies “Nope! Anyways, what can I get started for your drinks?” Moving forward, drinks come and my friend asks if she can get an appetizer, waitress replies, “ Can I put these down first?” And basically slams the drinks onto the table, and huffily takes our order. The vibes were pretty hostile for no reason, it wasn’t busy in the restaurant and after getting our food our server avoided our table and it was clear she just wanted us to leave. Considering I’ve only had good experiences here in the past, I was taken aback by our experience this time and definitely not planning on coming back.

Visited all three breweries in the area and decided on this one. I'm glad we did. Food, beer, and service were great. Bought a growler to go. Will definitely be back if I'm ever out this way.Food: 5/5

I brought friends from Oregon in a little before 5. We waited over a half an hour for our food which was not warm/hot. Then we ordered ice cream which took another half an hour and they got that order wrong. This would have been somewhat understandable but they weren’t overly busy.Food: 1/5

We started with the Pad Thai fries…DELISH! We decided to order more food because we were impressed so far. I ordered the Chorizo Pulled Pork…oh, my! It was so full of flavor and the flavors all paired so nicely together. My husband ordered the South by Southwest Burger, he said it was perfectly cooked and loaded with flavor. You have to get the Dirty Beer!!! The staff was super friendly and helpful. This is a must try place!
