Understandable it being a holiday, but it 's not even busy!! Sat here for 45 minutes before server came to let us know she x 'd out our order by accident ... like she was walking by us back and forth for 20ish minutes... like seriously this section is shared with another server and she 's able to keep up

My family and I had reservations at this location on 8/29/24 for a party of 15 for a small lunch after a funeral. The food was amazing but not the service. When our server Nadine found out she had a table of 15, she sarcastically said loud enough for everyone to hear “oh great.” Our family ordered and the 3 small kids ordered chocolate milk and we asked for lids with cups to avoid any accidents. The chocolate milk was brought to us without any lids and when one of the glasses were spilled, Nadine was very visibly annoyed and brought the lids with an attitude. Instead of offering help with the clean up, she threw napkins on the ground and walked away. Any time someone from our table reminded our server that something was missing from what we ordered, her response was always followed with attitude and a sigh. The bartender Amanda that shift was rude too. One of the people in our party ordered a Long Island and noticed it didn’t have any of the alcohol in it. He had 5 different people try it before asking for it be fixed because he wanted to make sure it wasn’t just him thinking the drink was missing ingredients. When he took it up to the bar counter Amanda very rudely asked “do you need something?” When he brought it to her attention she pretty much called him a liar and then up charged him for fixing his drink. I normally don’t like leaving bad reviews but to have two people from one establishment be so rude is just saddening. Other than the service being horrible, the food was amazing!

Applebee 's has been slowly degrading lately. This one was slow for service.. 10 minutes for a server to approach me. The food was dumped onto my table by the host! Bad manners. I had no eating utensils. The table was not cleaned and still had salt from the previous patron. The mashed potatoes were good, but cold! The steak was excellent. Cooked perfectly. Not what I have come to expect from Applebee 's. And I eat out over 250 days per year. Disappointed...

Staff was great !!! Food was very tasty !! Just clean up a little more.

Just had lunch there and the food was delicious! Nadine was our server and she was very nice and attentive. I had the chicken won-ton tacos and they were delicious. My son, daughter in law and grand daughter enjoyed their meal too. My son also got a free dessert for his birthday. Whenever we are back in the area (we're from West Virginia) we will definitely stop in again.
