The Rustic Inn - Two Harbors

We stopped here for breakfast, and it was a fantastic experience. The service was outstanding; we were seated quickly and our drinks arrived almost immediately. The breakfast itself was delicious—every dish we ordered was excellent, and we all finished our plates. We even got a strawberry robe cake to take home! The restaurant was very clean and well-staffed. Unfortunately, we didn't have a chance to visit the gift shop, but it appeared to offer a great selection of unique local products. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfying meal and friendly service!

This restaurant is fantastic! The cake is incredibly delicious. There's also a lovely gift shop attached, where I found some clothing from Castle Danger City. The atmosphere here is beautiful, and we enjoyed chatting with other guests. The staff was friendly and attentive. I definitely want to return to try more of their food and desserts. I highly recommend Rustic Inn!

This charming little café came highly recommended for breakfast. Although we missed out on breakfast due to hiking, we decided to stop by for a late lunch and dinner. The food was delightful, served in generous portions, and priced fairly. They offer a variety of cakes in different flavors and have an impressive display of exquisite chocolates. The adjoining gift shop is also very appealing, featuring a fantastic selection of items. We can’t wait to return to North Shore!

Really enjoyed stopping at noon, cake and a walk through the cute gift shop. Perfect if you are looking for you “top North Souvenir. They wore both Two Harbors Castle Danger and Lake Superior find band a few things Duluth. The food was great. We had a child with grilled cheese, an olive burger (high recommended) and club. They all enjoyed the fries, and two young people got strawberries that were the bomb. We tried the cake- 5 layer of chocolate (very rich) and a piece of apple. They also sell chocolates that looked delicious, but when we looked out, we all had eaten or they would have been perfect for the street. The staff was very busy and short on the restaurant side. Super friendly, helpful on the gift shop page. We visited March, this is definitely a low season, but not less beautiful. Make this a stop to make sure to check the cake, much better than the ones you are waiting on the road a few miles away.

Great place for lunch or dinner. Varied menu, good home cooking taste, good quality and quantity. Nice gift shop. Great home made candies. But the PIES! Many kinds, home cooked, quality, and you need to take one home! Much cheaper and I think better than Betty's Pies, sorry Betty. Nice place, comfortable dining, big deck, convenient location. I will definitely add this to my must-stop list of places when visiting the North Shore. Enjoy!
