Pizza Hut - TX · Burkburnett

Placed order online after the app crashed repeatedly. Order was paid for online and received confirmation. When trying to pick up order they did not have any record of it being placed. Showed the manager the web page showing correct location, date, paid status and confirmation that the order was ready to pick up. Waited while the manager called his manager to check card records only to be told there was no record of the charge. Showed the manager that I had a charge pending on my bank app. Was told the pending charge would go away. Showed no concern that I was not satisfied without any resolution. Was told I could place a new order online and then they would start making the pizzas.

We ordered wings only and they were great! You may correctly assume that it's hard to screw up wings, but the service added reason to max out the stars. I picked up my order exactly when I was told it would be ready, and what could have been a mess I the bag was prevented by the employee with careful packing. We also were allowed to split the large order in two halves with different flavors, and they were assembled in two different boxes. Super friendly people who made the small town effort to make sure we were happy with the food.

An entire corner slice of pizza completely blank. No sauce no cheese no toppings. Obviously someone was in way too big of a hurry.

Chloe that worked there was wonderful. food was good and fresh!!
