Tybee Island Pizza

Great take them away / eat outside pizza place. it is 4 minutes walk from the hotel dunes. we gave up our order, went next door to the load and got a beer. they looked at the picnic table and until the beer was gone the pizza was ready. the deluxe was delicious and my children got a pineapple bacon that was also excellent. great crust on the pizza. like melow mushroom, but I think it was better. it was still the time we went back to the hotel. in any case order again.

The pizza is great, but the service is missing. we put up a job and when we wanted to pick it up, it was not there. They told us that they would “try to push it” before the rest of the people we order. After we have said several times that it would be only 15 minutes or that it was often, we waited for an hour for two cheese-epizzanins. mistakes happen and I understand that Saturday nights are busy, but an apology for the guess would have been at least nice.

I gave 3 stars because I’m nice. The breadsticks are good, but are no award winner by any means. The pizza is a 3/10. Bottom line. Still not sure if that was real pizza crust or greasy cardboard. Their pizza flops around more than the spotted sea trout my dad caught before dinner. Honestly, I would have rather eaten that. They don’t offer plates either which is a darn shame. “Here eat our floppy pizza right off our dirty table tops, pal”. I’m sure that’s what they were thinking. I saw it in their eyes.
