Applebee's Grill - Tyler

The woman who worked in the night was really nice. all they went through, they asked how everything was and when I needed something. service was fantastic and friendly. everything when they come to this applebee, the customer service is simply fantastic and stellar. that eating was fantastic, the only thing I would like if the brownie was a bit easier to cut. the floor was a little hard to cut through.

We really like the variety of lean and green meal times they serve here at applebee’s. cheese bars, ribs, mucho mudslides are also some of our favorites.

My friend and I went to these applebees after work and were starving. we sat, the waitress brought us our drinks and took our order then disappeared. we waited for our dinner for third minutes! No one has told us all the time. we just got up after the 30-minute mark and left, but we are very disappointed.

The introduction of employees standing around and looking at us. after about 5 minutes or so we were finally sat. our waitress was wonderful, but eating was terrible. my steak was very hard and cold. another person on our table sent her food back and it still came back cold. all applebee are terrible. that is a chain that should turn off. the manager has taken away everything. but seriously I still have to go to a good applebee’s

The service was terrible. server sat us and had to be reminded 3 times that we needed children's menus, then it had to be remembered to get the beer that was so ordered that this time it was not cold. you had to ask for a refill on water several times when he remembers that he quickly returns with another glass and pours it into the woman. what is that it seemed like he snapped the next glass. it was forever to pay my bill literally if the server would see my card when I gave him the bill, I would be back immediately. came back pointed to me, said check still with my card where he had seen it before on the check. he turns around and disappears. If I ever walked out on a bill, it would have been this one. he finally decided to take my card and get me out of this nightmare.
