The ice is great and smooth. But, don't be swayed by the fancy/flashy flavors, just stick with the simple. We did not like the Oreo cream blend or another one we had with chocolate flavor. But, I enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake with ice cream on the bottom. My kids did not like the sour patch sauce. Plan to spend some money if you go. If I ever go again, it will be simple flavors and the baby size.

Staff is very rude here. Have not been in a while and decided to go back. Ordered a gummy bear sno. Only got 3 gummies on the sno. Informed the girl at the window and she said it was mixed inside. Only to find out nothing was mixed inside the sno. Will not be returning back here in the future. Please train your staff if they don't like their job find a new one.

First time and I'm addicted! Pina Colada was amazing!!

I tried several drinks, and they were all fantastic. The ice was soft and smooth, enhancing the overall experience. I enjoyed a cucumber and jungle berry drink, which paired wonderfully with tequila and vodka. The pineapple guava had a wide range of flavors, and the peach piña colada was absolutely delicious.

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff, but the floors and outdoor tables tend to be sticky. While the first few bites of food are enjoyable, it quickly turns into a bland experience, resembling just a cup of ice—it's simply not to my taste. Given the quality, I find it overpriced for what feels like a cup of cheap syrup and ice.
