Chicken Express - Tyler

My friend and I stopped at Chicken Express today for lunch. Food was great but what made the experience the best was the man who waited on us. His name is J.C. and he was happy and very pleasant to deal with. This was at the chicken express on loop 323. He really made our trip worth it.

This is my favorite place for the best gizzards in town. I was in many other places, but this place is the one for me. You have a great customer service that makes it even better. Can't forget their lemonade tea and rolls delicious!

Cold Clammy Chicken. Bathroom is dirty on men's side, no soap or paper towels. I wonder when and where the employees wash their hands. Fear. I decided to give this place a shot as there was something busy, but was disappointed.

Service was friendly, food was hot from the frit, a little on the expensive side, but the food tasted good.

It was stopped to get some dinner and had a great experience. JC had a fantastic Texan personality that cannot be beaten. He was so friendly and even helped me decide between two sides I decided to. It was so nice to go to a place with such a welcoming feeling that JC gave us and the food was hot and delicious.
