Chick-fil-a - Tyler

I had just a chicken biscuit and some baby hash browns, and they were delicious! The heart-shaped biscuits for Valentine's Day were a lovely touch!

I ordered the tortilla soup and absolutely loved it! The flavor was fantastic. However, I still find myself comparing it to the one at the Dallas Arboretum, which remains my favorite so far.

I ordered two milkshakes through the drive-thru and ended up waiting 15 to 20 minutes at the front of the line while other cars were served their food. After this long wait, an employee came over to ask what I was waiting for, and I told her it was the milkshakes. She then picked up a couple of cups that had been sitting on the counter for the entire time I waited. I asked for fresh ones since those had been sitting out, but the staff just added a bit more ice cream to the already-made shakes and blended them again. I didn’t want to complain any further, especially since I had already been there for nearly 25 minutes, so I decided to leave and share my disappointing experience. Overall, I waited way too long for the milkshakes, and even when given a chance to fix them, the service was still subpar.

I asked for a salad bowl twice. I did not get a salad bowl.
