Church's Texas Chicken - Tyler

Friendly person in the car thru I didn't have to wait long to get my order, which was surprising because 4 cars were in front of me, but they ripped the cars before me really fast.

The service was terrible. Had two cars in the car thru and it took an hour to get my food

Location is amazing and employees work very well together. The food came to order fresh, hot and fast, although they were very busy during lunch. Turn off a star because of the extremely rude Hispanic male employee. He has a tattoo on his neck and is always rude. Since I waited for my order, I noticed that he is rude to all other customers and honestly he must be trained in customer service or he must be fired.

Unsatisfied, just because the chicken wasn't on the stand. Overcooked and dry. Service was great, line on the trip thru fast. Only one problem threw it off. Don't give up so I can avoid this place.

I love coming here and especially when the Hispanic workers are there, they are hard working and not overly loud also much more friendly.
