Fuzzy's Taco Shop - Tyler

Poor customer service. I ordered a to go breakfast burrito. Without cheese. It seemed like they messed up and tried to seperate it after. I returned it because I can taste the cheese. They are trying to say that it doesnt when I can clearly see the cheese. And are trying to refuse to refund. This is not a way to do business. Do better. I understand messing up? But should have started over because, I’m paying and I don’t want cheese on it at all. Only second time in my life trying Fuzzy but will be last.
