McDonald's - Tyler

If you want to actually get what you ordered or even get any sauces at all, do not go to this McDonalds. I know McDonald's is infamous for messing up orders and is not exactly known for having great service, but I have never seen an individual location that is this consistent at failing to meet already impossibly low standards. It is honestly kind of impressive that a business can have staff that incompetent and still stay open.

I went around the drive through twice before someone actually took my order... and even though it says open until 12 on the website the inside wasn't open. Ice cream machine was broken as always which I was told by a previous fast food worker that it apparently means the ice cream machine is just being cleaned. Can they not do that in the AM when nobody is getting ice cream? like that was the sole reason I came to the store only posting this review so that hopefully management and corporate can see. I don't blame the staff. they're underpaid and overworked and likely didn't have proper training

Sat in the drive thru line for almost 10 minutes starting before breakfast ended, finally got to the order window (after what felt like forever) at 10:32 and was told they could no longer serve me breakfast. RIDICULOUS. you need to serve breakfast till 11am if not ALL DAY.

ABSOLUTELY the WORST McDonald 's EVER. Don 't try going being 0230 and 0400. They take an hour to close so they can switch to breakfast. I 've worked at McDonald 's overnight before, and it DOESN 'T take an hour to switch over. As someone who does uber eats, it 's ****. Everytime it happens, I have to take 15 to 20 minutes on call to cancel the order with support so tye customer doesnt keep getting bounced around. Definitely complaining to corporate

Favorite location. Everytime I come here everybody is so nice and they always get my order correct.
