Nekter Juice - Tyler

I enjoyed everything I tasted here. The new strawberry smoothie was excellent. This place helps me maintain balance with my protein and calorie intake. If you haven't tried the heir protein yet, I highly recommend it for those with sensitive stomachs.

During my first visit, it took a while for someone to assist me at the counter. Eventually, a staff member emerged and I mentioned that it was my first time there, but she didn’t ask if I had any questions and left. Another woman also appeared shortly after. I ordered two smoothies, but mine was watery and quite disappointing. Given the price I paid for both smoothies, I expected much better quality. I think I’ve learned my lesson and probably won’t return, which might be a relief for the staff.

The smoothies and juices are excellent, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. The staff can be quite rude and seem indifferent to their work. Additionally, while the prices are affordable, the portions don't seem to be filled as generously as they should be.

I was just starting to go to Nekter, and I have to say it has far exceeded my expectations. Very delicious.

I went to NJB at 6:10pm. They close at 7:00pm. They had taken the juicer apart to be cleaned. So therefore I could not order any juice beverage. This is the second time that this has happened. If this is the way that this business operates then it should be posted so that there are no issues when a customer wants a juice beverage during business hours. I am highly disappointed. Please resolve this issue, because I truly enjoy there beverages.
