The honey walnut shrimp is generous and flavorful, and the orange chicken is both tender and delicious. The chow mein is also fantastic! It stayed warm during the 20-minute drive home. Overall, I’d give the food a solid 5 out of 5!
The broccoli was overcooked, the chow mein lacked flavor, and the teriyaki chicken was far from what I expected. It was disappointing and left me feeling disrespected as a customer. I wish I hadn't spent $12 on this meal.
Avoid disappointment by reconsidering your choices here. The food and meals often fall short, with offerings that tend to be dry and flavorless. This location reflects poorly on the chain as a whole. We've even received an empty bag of apple slices in a children's meal. If you decide to take a chance, double-check your order before leaving. If you're told to wait 5 minutes for freshly prepared food—which sounds reasonable—be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes. This means that if you order more than one entrée, one may arrive cold while the other is fresh. Service at the drive-thru can be quite inconsistent; you may encounter either a polite and patient staff member or someone who is rude and unhelpful. While it’s not necessary to steer clear entirely, proceed with caution.
Had Kung pao chicken today. Very disappointed! It was “not” as usual and left a bad to taste Not good!
The classic chicken with power greens is a great little meal! Fresh, tasty and well priced. The staff was pleasant (drive thru). Will DEFINITELY be back. Honestly had better flavor and freshness than most of Tyler's better restaurants. ? being honest.Food: 5/5
