I would have given them a 5-star rating if they weren't closed, but I will definitely return for their sandwiches.

I usually don't like writing negative reviews, but it's important for people to know where they are spending their money and what they are eating. Owning a restaurant is hard work and a privilege, but it also comes with great responsibility. Recently, we found hairs (not just one) in our food. When we tried to return the food and show the hairs, the staff member screamed at us and insisted it wasn't true. We waited a long time to resolve the issue. My husband is usually very patient and friendly, so I was shocked when he lost his temper. We like to support local businesses in Tyler, but not ones that serve hair in their food. I hope they improve their practices and behavior. I strongly recommend finding another place to spend your money, especially if you don't want to find hairs in your food.

This is a top-notch restaurant. I always get the orange chicken and potstickers. It's definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Tyler.

They have very bad customer service. When I called to put an order, I was not greeted on the phone. I went on and put my order, and they said not, thank you or gave me a whole. I went on to pick up the order and parked in the lock parking lot and called the number. I wanted to go in and pay. instead of someone who comes to my car. I did after I went inside and approached the register, I was not greeted yet no total. the type that leaned to me was all he said, card, already presumed I would pay with a card, but still no total number was given. I gave him the card that doesn't know how much I paid. ok, after I paid instead of giving me my food, as it would be done everywhere, he says: "You eat over there on the table." This is the last time I go there, because it wasn't the first time that they were rude and lack of customer service skills. I wanted to give them another chance, but hopefully they will improve in the future for their business

I had a wonderful experience here! It was my first time. The chefs here are very talented, and my food was delicious. The employees were so very kind, and I can't tell you how much it brightens a place up when everyone smiles at you. They were all smiling. It made me feel happy inside. I had the pho hot special and tofu spring rolls. I left with a belly full of happiness!
