Every time I got food from here, it was really good! I'm not too healthy alternatives, but I tried one today and I wasn't disappointed! her supplier (what I got his name) was sweet. (food was delivered on 9/12/19 at 2:45 o'clock. Whoever he is should get praise. will be ordered again!

Great sandwich choice in the immediate area. Had the Turkey Club and was not disappointed. The only down side was that the bread was a little too toasted. Not burned, but really flakey...glad I didnt eat it in my car. Had the mac and cheese with bacon. The mac and cheese was good, but the bacon could have been thinner and crispier. Maybe personal preference, but with my mac I like the bacon to add a crunchy texture. Had a oreo shake and it is hard to beat Potbelly's shakes. You will never be disappointed choosing Potbelly.

The salad was huge and worth the money. Staff was friendly and helpful. A picture of the Mediterranean as I opened it.

Tried this place recently to see what it was about. First impression was great, a little pricey, but a decent sandwich. After sitting down for a bit and eating I then realized they charged an extra drink on to my ticket that I didn 't order. I took it up to the counter for what I thought would be a brief interaction, where I got my money back for something I didn 't order, it was only 2 dollars after all. I waited for 5 minutes before I was helped by an employee, I was told the manager would deal with it shortly. 15 minutes later after the manager made sandwiches and checked out customers was I helped. She was not apologetic for charging the extra drink or for the short 20 minute wait to get my 2 dollars. I understand that she needed to help customers, but 20 minutes is a ridiculous wait time for me to get 2 dollars. She could have easily refunded my money, before checking out 7 people. Or if she didn 't, a simple I 'm sorry for your wait would have been nice. This experience is why I give this place 2 stars. A decent sandwich, but terrible customer service from the staff. The only staff member who seemed to have a good attitude and some type of personality was the girl working the drive through window. I appreciate the owner responding it would be nice to hear that they are doing something about the issue though.

For the price if these sandwiches you would think you would get something better than subway but for a 9 inch flat sandwich than hardly has any meat or anything else and presliced deli meat to be 10.00 with a rock hard flaky toasted bun and no drink included is crazy. And the tea was really weak like it had been watered down. Will continue to keep my business with Subway.
