When we arrived at 6:05, they had not yet set up our tables. One of my friends mentioned that they were out of steak, so he had to choose something else. I ordered the Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta, which had no flavor. Another friend ordered a burger, but it was undercooked and she couldn't even finish half of it. Overall, I would not recommend TGI Friday.
We chose to have our New Year's dinner at this restaurant, looking for something familiar and decent. Even though we had made a reservation, it wasn't necessary as there were only a few other diners present. The host opened the door for us, but seemed unaware that it was New Year's Eve and promptly seated us at our table. Our server tried to be friendly, but it was clear that he was not happy to be working that evening. Our drinks, appetizers, and meals were satisfactory, but the waiter did not inquire about our satisfaction or offer dessert. The next time we saw him was when he presented us with the bill. It was a lackluster experience that certainly did not leave us wanting to return.
Five of us ordered all of the unlimited appetizers and kept ordering until we were full. The waiter was very helpful with minimal interruptions. This restaurant is a fantastic spot for a casual get-together.
Justin was our waiter and while I feel he had too many tables for one person he was very professional and kindOur food was hot and amazing.
My wife and I hadn't been to this TGI Fridays in about 5 yearsAs the service and quality of food was so lackluster last time, we haven't been back.
