Everyone knew each other and they were all so excited to see some new people come in for breakfast. The locals were so kind! People were seated all around the dinning area but having 1 large conversation. We got to know all of the 'regulars ' who eat there every morning. Such a warm and welcoming place. All of The employees were very kind and they brought your food to the table. It was spotless, extremely clean throughout the entire restaurant. The food was on point, fresh and cooked just right. We met a 91 yr old man and his wife who 've been married 73 years (they started dating in 8th grade)if you are there at breakfast they will greet you and share their story. Excellent service, atmosphere, and food, drop by, you won 't regret it! SIDE NOTE: I 'm handicap and their bathroom IS handicap accessible.
My experience at this Whataburger location was pleasantly surprising. The cashier who waited on me at the front counter was so very enthusiastic and happy. I had the number 25 breakfast menu item which consisted of a honey covered chicken biscuit with breakfast tots and drink.
I’ve had several poor experiences with customer service at this location. The managers have always been great but the employees working the window have been hit or miss at best with some of them being outright rude and had written this place off as a result, however after getting off work late whataburger was my only option for food on the way home. The gentleman taking orders and working the register at the first window on 4/23 at around 2am was polite and helpful and gave me a “you’re welcome “ for any of my thank you’s. This is literally all I ask in terms of customer service and I try my best to be as polite and respectful as possible in return. I know this is a hard and probably often times thankless job and I try to be understanding of that in the late hours of the night when frustration may be at its peak but with that in mind I won’t frequent an establishment that doesn’t treat me with the same respect that I try and show to its employees. I’m leaving five stars because I feel like kindness should be rewarded much more so than ill behavior should be punished. To the guy working the first window this evening, thanks for being polite homie it made my night and ultimately will lead to me giving this place another shot at least until the poor behavior from other employees becomes a regularity again
My favorite Whataburger in Tyler : Every time I’ve visited everyone is always so polite, helpful, the food always comes out quickly correctly.
I always go to the whataburger on beckham when they give me cold and old food. they gave me half finished patty melt and I took it back and got my money.
