The hotel could well use a sparkling. dirty windows on the entire castle. dusty window arms. TV didn't work in the room. radiator was defective and was turned on so we could not sleep. power went several times during the stay. we could not get cappuccino or the cognac or whisky we would have. wine menu was ad libitum, but sat with empty glass several times. waited for coffee 15 min to the morning food. defective filling. Do not serve what was on the plate or had knowledge of the wines.
