Great to see this type of business return, especially in todays economic climate. I vaguely remember them when I was just a wee bairn in the 80s before they all disappeared. Great concept and so much cheaper. Simply take a bag or jar, fill it up with your desired item, weigh it and pay. I bought 400g of quinoa and 300g of puy lentils for just £3.99. Can't wait to stock up again soon.
The muesli is soooooo yummy, and it's vegan, and it's sugar free! My daughter loves going to get a little bag of cornflakes for like 29p, it feels like a HUGE treat for her. But seriously, you can fill up with any amount, which is great if you like to buy in bulk without creating silly amounts of packaging waste, or tiny amounts if you only need a small amount of an unusual ingredient for a recipe not knowing if you'll ever use it again. Highly recommended. And it's fun!
The selection of kitchen cabinet clips is excellent, and the prices are quite reasonable too!
The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the selection of products was fantastic. The peanut butter is a must-try!
