Contribuisci feedbackWarning Walked in at 1pm all the empty tables were dirty. Counter had all To Go customers sitting there. Found one dirty spot at the counter next to the register and had to ask the waitress to clean it before she sat my food down. 3 Cooks on and 3 waitress. Food came, not cooked the way I asked for. 2 out of the 3 waitress were just standing around not cleaning up the place. They couldn’t cook my hash-browns correctly, asked waitress to take them off my bill. She did, no I’m sorry. When she brought me back the bill it was 8.76 for 3 eggs and a sweet tea. Crazy, basically the same as an entire breakfast.
The third shift crew is always entertaining and Eric, the cook, cooks the food to perfection!
I was the only person sitting at the counter, but the employees refused to take my order. Despite repeatedly being told that the waitress would be with me shortly, I waited for at least ten minutes. When another customer arrived, they were served right away, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated. This was a first for me at a Waffle House and left me disappointed.
I was also disappointed to find that they were out of syrup to-go packets, so I had to settle for a bowl of syrup to take with me. I hope to receive a response from the restaurant as I am unsure of what other action to take. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience.
This location is filled with all sorts. If you're looking for that diner experience, this is the place. There's never a dull moment!
