This was my first and last experience so I can 't compare it to anything other than the mini other times I 've had these items off of other menus. This will rate high on one of the worst meals I have ever had. This was a splurge for my husband 's birthday and prove to be in edible. We fed the chicken to our dogs and threw the rest away. I called the Restaurant and was passed on to the manager who immediately adopted a defensive tone and told me that all of my criticisms was how their restaurant prepared the food. So be prepared to get the same food prepared the same way.
This is an A-OK place to stop by. I have visited a couple times when I was between events and wanted something I could take with me. While you can eat here (and I have) I think it of it more as I spot to get something when I an running between locations. One of the things I like about this strip mall is that I can place an order for Thai and then grab a coffee and any office material I might need while it is being prepared. My usual pick for Thai places is yellow curry with chicken (with some seasonal variations). I always ask for it Thai hot and different places provide different results. Pilin Thai does the classic added pepper flakes. I get that this is easy but, well, it is not what I am looking for when I ask for Thai hot. Will I visit here again, probably. The location makes it a good stop and go place when I am between activities or meeting someone but please don't make this the place where you introduce someone to Thai eats.
I stopped by for quick lunch as my car was getting serviced. As soon as as I entered it seemed like a run down place. Soda boxes and water bottle crates were lying on the front door. No decor, no ambiance. We ordered red curry and Pad Thai. Food was okay. Both the dishes were about $15 each. I would rate this expensive based on the experience and the quantity, quality they are giving. No experience at all, it feels like you are sitting in tight space filled with soda boxes. The portion size was also relatively smaller than others. I spent like $30+ but was still hungry.
How is this place still open?? Thought it would be normal Thai and ordered the most basic dish (pad Thai). Tofu was dry and hard. And there was hair in my food!!!!!! Gross. Stopped eating it.
