Teras Ubud

Very nice restaurant and bar. It is the subsidiary of Plataran Ubud Hotel Spa. Good food and drinks, helpful staff. I love live music. They play different types of music and some nostalgia like Hotel California, which I like so much.

The personal is not very familiar with GF food, but I asked exactly what I wanted, and they went beyond and beyond to offer it. I had baked rice with sweet and garnel and it was very good. I'm not sure if it's about cross-contamination, but I'm not a "real time" patient, so I can't really say it. but the customer service is amazing and they make sure that all the ingredients are gf.

The staff at this restaurant took very good care of me during my visit. They made gluten-free bread and meals for me every day. The employees were incredibly kind and helpful.

The staff may not be very knowledgeable about gluten-free food, but when I asked for exactly what I wanted, they went above and beyond to provide it. I ordered fried rice with vegetables and prawns, and it was delicious. I can't speak to the possibility of cross-contamination, as I am not a "real-time" sufferer, but the customer service was fantastic and they made sure all the ingredients were gluten-free.

I really love the ambience and live music. Nasi goreng kecombrang is a must try. Really nice taste!
