Pizza Hut Delivery - Uccle

Pre-ordered for 15h. order arrived at 3:30. The tiramisu came all mixed but the pizza intact. the delivery man apologized by explaining that it is because of the transport shakes

I'm supposed to be delivered at 12:15. 30 minutes late and in addition to his he does not come to the exact address
