Contribuisci feedbackThe ambience is good bt dont get fooled by the ambience coz that is the only thing good in the Live Kitchen... The staff was not at all cordial... One of the pathetic experience in udaipur... The food was not up to the mark... No oneelse was there except us a group of 10 n the waiter was pissed off. Marking that he mightbe having a rough day,we excused him for once... Bt with the continous good for nothing attitude of his... It ws intolerable.. I wont ever recommend this place to anyone...
This review is completely based on my experience and my perception and judgements. Please do not make this review your only reason to decide your visit at this restaurant. Just to mention, Neither I carry any personal grudges for anyone nor do I have any bad intention towards the company. To begin with, Google review rating of 5 points for this restaurant is really ironic to me. The most disturbing thing about this restaurant is that certain things here were very deceiving. 1. Location and Popularity : As mentioned, Lé Spring is located on the rooftop of Arvana Mall. Surprisingly nobody seems to have an idea about it. Neither the security guard, Mall attendants, nor nearby shops. To be more precise; Live Kitchen Restaurant doesn't know about their competitor on the floor above them. 2. Reservation and Reply : I don't think one needs to make a reservation call necessarily. Suggesting that it ain't got any crowd to be honest. Moreover, reservation calls are not answered in one go. A person needs to make 2-3 rings to do the talking at Lé Spring. 3. WATER : Let's get something straight here; everyone out there who are in desperate need of Package water bottles or have an issue with restaurant water ,listen to me very carefully. You will get a deceiving package water bottle. Meaning restaurant regular water but in a Bisleri bottle. Speaking on personal experience during my visit. But let's not put only these things in mind. As mentioned earlier, I do not have negative intention towards the restaurant. I just feel that something has to be done with top restaurants in Udaipur because I expect something that is being mentioned over the internet about it i.e; good food and service. I do not expect anything more than that. Let's discuss the food here. Based on what I ordered. 1. Honey Chilli Potato : Best dish to be honest. They serve Udaipur's best honey chilli potato. I loved it, literally loved it. 2. Lemon soda : Please do not order this drink. I have no clue what do they mix in it. Kind of white powder thing which remains at the bottom right in front of you. But still one should try it, so that they can differentiate between a good one and a bad one. 3. Chai : Worst Chai I ever had. Please order a Chai at Lé Spring if you like eating the tea powder as well. I have no personal grudges with anyone at the restaurant. This is completely an honest review from my side. I have done best from my side to give you insights of this restaurant. I just want to mention one important thing here; Waiter is really arrogant here (don't want to name him). He's sarcastic, gives vague replies and never answers what is being asked. I am still searching for my answer on the question: What was that powder in my Lemon Soda ? Best part is that I got a refund for that. Please do not take this review as the only way to judge and plan you're meal. This is completely on my experience and judgements. I reiterate , I do not have any wrong intention towards any person or company. I completely stand here to give a review only. Please feel free to ask me about it. Thank you.

Now this place is called Live Kitchen. I think ITC has withdrawn it's trademark and now owned by someone else so the formerly Le Spring is now Live Kitchen. Situated over the 8th floor at Arvana Mall, Hathipole where thinking of a mall is itself a contradiction. The mall is more like a complex with some shops and few food places and yes! parking space is available because that's the major issue in that area. The restaurant offers both veg and non veg option and if you need a separate veggie kitchen then there's another pure veg unit on 4th floor. The view you get from here is unique as you'll see City Palace and the old city from here. Go during the sun set time and enjoy the scenic beauty. During the night time they don't shower any lights and create a dark night atmosphere with too dim lamps over the tables. The menu shown here is now changed because of the change in brand name. In a nutshell, the menu is not that long or new neither expensive. The female staff treats you humbly. The manager is decent too. Also at the rooftop there's a closed section with lights for family dining majorly as the outer area is typical dark during late hours. Ordered the following - 1. Live Kitchen Paneer Tikka (5/5) - I don't think you'll ever find such kinda huge Paneer Pieces grilled perfectly with perfect amount of spices served with onion, sweet cabbage and the chutney. 2. Special Tandoori Paneer Pizza(5/5) - OMG! From the toppings to the taste, it was really an awesome experience. You won't need anything else and they served 8 pieces too which was unexpected. 3. Bhatti Ka Paneer (2.5/5) - This time the spiciness, the flavor lacked and nobody liked it. 4. Jalfrezi (4/5) - Perfectly tossed and kinda different as it's not dipped in gravy rather bit dry and the combination of green vegetables went perfect. 5. Jodhuri Malai Pyaaz (3/5) - Ordered for the first time ever but this was good. I can't say the best as i'm first timer with the dish. To close, the starters were fantastic but main course need improvement and also they should serve everything hot. But for the basic prices, they still give you a good proposition in term of quality, quantity and the atmosphere.
