Sakuni Food Fruit - Udawalawe

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant. The portions were generous, with fried fish and plenty of extras. I initially planned for a quick meal, but ended up staying for 1.5 hours enjoying a great conversation with the friendly owner. The prices were also very reasonable.

This was one of the best experiences we've had in Sri Lanka so far. The owners are lovely, exceptional hosts who provided us with a delicious vegan rice and curry meal. Additionally, the mother prepared two delicious salads for us. The food was both inexpensive and incredibly flavorful. The owner took the time to explain each dish to us and provide recommendations for things to do in Sri Lanka. This restaurant is definitely the top choice for lunch or dinner in Udawalawe.

The restaurant provides excellent service in a spacious, clean environment and the food is very delicious.
