The boullion soup was very salty, no seasoning and some cups had 1 pea in it, but most only had boullion in it. Tough, dry rolls without/little butter 1/4 piece of topping. Service: 1 Location: 1
We had a very bad experience. We requested a room as low as possible due to knee problems and were given a room as high as possible. The elevator seems to be from an earlier era, the button has to be pressed constantly and if you find it scary, just take the stairs with suitcases, etc. We were told this by reception. The carpet is really dirty in the hallways and rooms, as are the additional pillows that are offered. Sanitary facilities in the bathroom are not maintained, limescale on the floors and sink. Hot tub not working. Plugs are not applied consistently and you have to do tricks to achieve connection. Towels are worn and very thin. My Fletcher connection and so-called promotion was not charged. This hotel is in no way close to a Van der Valk hotel. Only the prices are corresponding. Never again

What you can expect, except you drown in the beds and the plastic around the mattresses Food drinks: The food in the bistro is nothing short of sad. Give the cook a cookbook and send the waiters on a course. Asking for ketchup resulted in mayonnaise. Asking for a glass of water four times. And then the food. The ingredients seemed prepared a day earlier. The egg on the club sandwich was hard and green on the inside. And then almost entirely on the bread. Same goes for bacon, ice cold, there was a very small piece on bread and the chicken, well. Was a cold disappointment. Still waiting for a response from management. The children's fries are undercooked, etc, etc. And the prices are at the level of a 2-star restaurant. Oh yes, it says in the rooms that you are not allowed to use home delivery, but if you stay there for a few days you have no choice
