The staff and service are excellent. The Panarotti Special is the best pizza on the menu, with beautifully fresh ingredients. I highly recommend it!

On November 18th, I placed an order and received exactly what I requested. I just want to express my gratitude because the pizzas were delicious! A big thank you to the person who served and made them.

I had a complaint, and they reached out to me and offered a free pizza. It was made exactly how a pizza should be. I was very impressed.

Probably the most friendly staff in the city! pizza always tastes good, even a free 2l coke with my last buy!

Disappointed with the pizza first time round. Base tasted like vetkoek dough and the garlic and chilli was dry and tasteless. Not the Pannarottis I've come to enjoy. However I was told they will address the issue and the pizza was up to standard when I went back. Hope they can maintain this sandard with all their pizzas in the future.
